The Worst !!!!!

I placed an order over & £100 and paid…
I placed an order over & £100 and paid extra for next day delivery as I wanted clothes for an event. I got my order after nearly a week and the whole time I was asking for an update I was simply told my order couldn't be tracked there's nothing that can be done and I should complain to the delivery company and not them so I didn't get the clothes in time for the event and no other apology or explanation
